Our Experience Store is located at 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14 S(534013). The nearest MRT is Tai Seng MRT (CC11).

Q2. What are your operating hours?

From Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 7pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Q3. Are you still at Lavender Street?

We have moved out of 239 & 259 Lavender Street. Please visit us at our current Experience Store at BreadTalk IHQ for bike related repairs.

Q1. What are the folding bike brands available?

Mighty Velo is the official distributor for Pacific Cycles’ Bicycles in Singapore. Brands include Birdy, CarryMe, CarryAll, Reach GT & IFMove. We also distribute Iruka bikes.

Q2. Do you carry other brands such as Tern, Dahon & Strida?

Mighty Velo does not carry the above mentioned bike brands.

Q3. Do you still sell Brompton bikes?

Mighty Velo has stopped selling Brompton Bikes.

Q4. Do you sell accessories?

Yes, we offer a variety of accessories such as Brooks saddles, Bike 31 phone mounts, Crank Brother pedals, Ortlieb carrier bags, Ergon handle grip, Imperium Cycle & U-design front/rear suspensions, Easy Wheels, etc. You can purchase them through our online store or get it directly at our Experience Store. We provide free installation for accessories that are bought from us.

Q5. Are there any upgrade options?

We offer free installation services to our customers who have purchased bike accessories from our Experience Store. However, we are unable to do upgrades for example upgrading from a Birdy City to a Birdy GT.

For other tyres upgrade (18’ tyres to 18’ tyres) , we can upgrade it to other models based on availability. (We cannot upgrade to tyres bigger than your original tyre size.)

Q6. Do you sell luggage cases?

We do sell Pacific Cycles’ Bicycles Luggage Case at S$550. It can fit Brompton, Birdy and Reach GT bicycles. We also sell the CarryMe travel case at S$580. The CarryMe travel case is made of ABS+TPU.

Q7. Do you sell individual Birdy bike components?

We do not provide the option to purchase individual Birdy bike components for example, the frame, the derailleur and wheelset.  However, we do sell bicycle accessories for Birdy (Grip, Saddle, Bags). They are available both online at shop.mightyvelo.com and at our Experience Store located at 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14 S(534013).

Q1. How do I arrange for a Test Ride?

You can drop by our retail store for test ride. Our operating hours are from 10am to 7pm. You can try up to 2 bike models. You will have to queue outside the store and wait for your turn if it is crowded. The last test ride slot will be at 6pm. Do note that there will be no test rides if there is wet weather or when the PCN is wet. This is due to safety concerns as the PCN will be slippery.

Q1. How do I place an order for a bike?

You may place an order for a bike through our online store or you can visit our retail store located at 30 Tai Seng Street, #02-14, Breadtalk IHQ, (S)534013. Bike models are subjected to availability. You may send us an email to check with us anytime at [email protected].

Q2. How long do I have to wait after payment is made?

We have some cash and carry bikes available in store. Most models are ready for collection next working day after 2pm.

Q3. Will the Mercury colours be coming back?

Colours such as the Polished Silver, Mercury Blue, Mercury Copper and Mercury Grey will not be coming back. These colours has been phased out since end 2021. 

Q4. Do you know what new colours are coming out?

We do not determine what colours will be coming in the future. As our stocks come from Pacific Cycles, colours are predetermined by them.

Q5. Why are some colours more expensive?

The difference in the pricing (+S$0, +S$150 & +S$300) is mostly due to the different finishes that are being used.

Q6. What colours do you have?

Colours are subjected to availability. Options are available for choice when you place your order through our online store. You may also check with us at [email protected] on the colour you wish to make an order on.

Q7. Do you provide touch up paint for the bicycle frames?

While we used to offer complimentary paint touch-ups, we can now no longer offer this service. This change is a result of the factory’s transition to powder coating and the discontinuation of liquid touch-up paint.

Q1. What payment modes are accepted?

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Shopee Pay, Grab Pay, Shopback, PayNow & Bank Transfer in store.

Q2. Is there any instalment plans?

6 Or 12 months instalment plans are available for DBS/POSB, UOB and OCBC credit cards.

3 months instalments is available via Atome for both debit and credit cards.

Q3. Can I pay a deposit?

No, we do not accept deposits. If you wish to secure your order with us, only full payment is accepted as we will only start to build your bike once full payment is received.

Q1. Do you provide repair services?

We provide free bike checks and tuning for up to ONE year for our bike customers. The period of the free checks and tuning are indicated upon purchase. The Free checks and tuning apply to original stock components only. This only applies to first-hand owners. There will be a charge of $30/visit after the one year has passed.

Q1. What are the local delivery charges?

Standard S$45 local delivery fee applies for CarryMe and CarryAll. 

Store collection only for Birdy, Reach GT, IF Move and iruka.

For bike accessories that cost S$180 and below, there will be a S$10 local delivery fee.

For bike accessories orders above S$180, there will be no local delivery fee.

Q2. How long does it take for local delivery?

For CarryMe, CarryAll, Reach GT and IFMove it will take 3 working days.

For bike accessories the delivery period will be around 3 to 5 working days.

Q3. Can we self-collect our bikes?

You are strongly encouraged to collect your bike from our Experience Store. We will inform you when your bike is ready for collection. You can come down anytime between 10am to 6pm. We will be showing you how to fold and unfold your bike.

Q5. How long does it take for overseas delivery?

Overseas bike orders around 7-10 working days to reach you via Fedex/DHL. Please refer to our order page for estimated bike building time.

Q6. How much is the overseas shipping fee? Tax included?

Shipping fees varies per destination country. All import duties, taxes and charges at the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are borne by the customer.

Q7. Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?

We deliver to all addresses in Singapore except Sentosa, Jurong Island and Tuas. Click here for more information.

Q1. Are your goods refundable?

No, unless customers have received incorrect or damaged goods, goods sold by us are non returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.

If you have received any incorrect or damaged item, you may contact us to return the item for a full refund within:

  • 7 days of receipt for our local customers; or
  • 14 days of receipt for our international customers.

For returns/exchanges of incorrect items: The item must be brand new, unused and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.

This policy is only applicable to the bike accessories sold by Mighty Velo Pte Ltd.

Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt or invoice.

You have to bring along the incorrect product and the valid receipt to our Experience Store at 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14 S(534013).

All refund requests will be subjected on a case-by-case approval basis. We reserve our rights to reject any refund claims requested.
