Local Delivery and Overseas Shipping
Q1. What are the local delivery charges?
Standard S$35 local delivery fee applies for all bikes.
For bike accessories that cost S$180 and below, there will be a S$15 local delivery fee.
For bike accessories orders above S$180, there will be no local delivery fee.
Q2. How long does it take for local delivery?
For CarryMe, Reach GT and IFMove it will take 5 working days.
For bike accessories the delivery period will be around 5 working days.
All pre-orders for our Birdy bike models and the Birdy P40 (Limited Edition) will be open in February 2021.
Q3. Can we self-collect our bikes?
You are strongly encouraged to collect your bike from our Experience Store. We will inform you when your bike is ready for collection. You can come down anytime between 10am to 6pm. We will be showing you how to fold and unfold your bike.
Q4. Are you able to ship the bike overseas?
Due to a huge spike in demand, we do not ship bikes that are out of stock to overseas at the moment. We only ship bikes that are in stock such as CarryMe, IFMove and Reach GT.
Q5. How long does it take for overseas delivery?
Overseas bike orders will take around 3 to 4 weeks to build and 7 to 10 working days to ship via DHL/TNT.
Q6. How much is the shipping cost for overseas orders?
The shipping costs vary by the destination country.
Q7. Is tax included in the shipping costs?
No. All import duties, taxes and charges at the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are borne by our customers.
Q8. If an incorrect local delivery address is provided and/or local delivery fails, what happens?
Orders that have failed to deliver will be returned to us. You can choose to visit our Experience Store to pick up your parcel.
You can also opt for another delivery with a fee of S$7 for small items and S$20 for bulkier items.
