Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally except for all personal mobility devices.
We use SingPost International Mail, DHL and FedEx. You can select the shipping option you prefer upon checkout.
Q. Why do you not ship personal mobility devices (PMDs) internationally?
These devices are electric and contain lithium batteries. Due to restrictions on shipping carriers, they are not allowed to ship packages containing lithium batteries to international locations.
Q. Do your prices include tax?
All checkout prices for Singapore include 7% GST.
All prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Q. What are the available payment modes?
You can buy from our online store at www.OhMyBike.com. You can pay via PayPal with your credit card (Visa/Mastercard). No account login is required. For an Interest-free instalment plan on debit card, you can choose hoolah on check out.
You can also buy from us on the Lazada and Qoo10 Singapore emarkets. You can choose store collection or pay for local shipping to your address.
You can also visit our store at 239 Lavender Street store in Singapore. We accept cash, NETS and credit card payments. We also offer interest-free 6 or 12 months credit card instalment plans with OCBC, DBS and Citibank credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
Q. When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged upon purchase at our store at 239 Lavender Street.
For online orders, you will be charged once the order is placed.
Q. When are products coming back into stock?
As soon as we have an estimated date of delivery, you can sign up for a notification via email on the product page.
Q. I will like to order a product, but it does not allow me to add to shopping cart.
If it is not possible to select an item this means it is not available. Please use the “notify me when this product is available” feature on the product page to find out when items come back into stock.
