How we determine your trade-in value

3. Rideability – The bike must be in working condition.
4. Damage – If the bike is severely damaged or beyond repair, it likely will not qualify for a trade-in.
5. Overall condition – A well-maintained bike will fetch a higher trade-in value compared to a very rusted or deteriorated one, which we may not accept.
6. Bike chosen – As mentioned above, we offer higher trade-in value if the customer chooses a higher-end folding bike model to purchase. 

 We aim to always offer a fair and reasonable trade-in value.

An Important Note About Trade-Ins

Just like how not every bike component is compatible with every bike, not every promotion is stackable! It's important to take note that our trade-in program is NOT stackable with other promotions and discounts at our store or on online platforms.

That means that you can't trade in your bike to get a favorable price ON TOP of discounts from Lazada, ongoing store promotions, or any other sources of discounts! You can only trade in your bike for a discount off the FULL retail price of the Birdy bike or Reach GT you're trading in for.
